Wendy Duncan
In Wendy’s words, “I got started in the wedding industry because I love weddings and I am a motivational speaker and personal development coach by trade. In 2011, I became ordained and began officiating. Seeing the bride walk down the aisle, watching the love the couple has for each other, and engaging the people attending, has brought me so much joy and fulfillment! I predicted that I would like officiating, but I really LOVE officiating! I feel I stand apart from other officiants because of my professionalism, experience (several hundred weddings) and my positive energy. In my free time, I enjoy exploring more of Oregon, hiking and golfing.” Wendy is ordained through Universal Ministries.

Paul Carter
Paul has lived in Central Oregon since 1973. He has assisted Wendy on many of her weddings. Paul has an engaging personality and he is able to connect with a diverse group of people. Paul is also an Ordained Minister through Universal Ministries. When he is not officiating weddings, you can find him serving the community as a Realtor® with John L. Scott Real Estate, or golfing one of central Oregon’s amazing golf courses.

Nickie Carter
Nickie was born and raised in Central Oregon. She has also assisted Wendy on many of her weddings as a photographer, and now also as an officiant. Nickie is an excellent public speaker and with her diverse background, she connects with all who she meets. She is also an Ordained Minister through Universal Ministries. When Nickie is not officiating weddings, she is an awesome mother to her son and daughter, she loves nature, taking her Sahara Con Jeep off road, hunting, or any number of other things. She is also the Community Engagement Coordinator Manager for 211Info, Oregon. 211Info is a non-profit privately funded information and referral agency for social services state-wide.
