• Please note that for elopements, witnesses can be provided for $50 each. Two witnesses are required to be present during the ceremony and must be over the age of 18.

The dos and don’ts of performing a ceremony including engaging the guests, how to appear confident, to find out all of the special ques of the ceremony, how to be calm, and how to be prepared for anything that can happen during the ceremony.
What to do after the ceremony
How to fill out the marriage license and responsibly return it to the correct county in a timely manner.

How to Pay
Accepted payment options are Venmo, checks and cash. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and secure your special day and time. The balance can be paid any time up to and even the day of the wedding. Please make check payable to: Wendy Duncan and mail it to: PO Box 952, Redmond, OR 97756. In the unlikely event Wendy is unable to perform your ceremony, an associate minister will be provided for you.
